How to import this calendar

Using Google

Integrating Google Calendar with other calendars for automatic updates is quite straightforward. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Open Google Calendar: Go to your Google Calendar. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Google account.
  1. Navigate to Settings: Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  1. Select the Calendar: In the Settings menu, click on the "Add calendar" option on the left-hand side.
  1. Choose "From URL": Select the option to add a calendar from URL. This will allow you to subscribe to an external calendar. (https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=c_3d31955393c3ddc3746d49d59fb232442efb47d0579d25673218c53d592ef723%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America%2FChicago )

  1. Get the Calendar URL: You'll need the URL of the calendar you want to integrate. If it's a Google Calendar, you can find this in the calendar settings. For other calendars, check the documentation or website for instructions on obtaining the URL.
  1. Paste the URL: Paste the URL into the provided field and click "Add Calendar". Google Calendar will then fetch events from that URL and display them in your calendar.
  1. Set Update Frequency (Optional): Some external calendars may provide options for how frequently Google Calendar checks for updates. If provided, choose your desired update frequency.

  1. Save Settings: Once you're done, save your settings. Google Calendar will now automatically update with events from the integrated calendar.

Keep in mind that the availability and features of automatic updates may vary depending on the type of calendar you're integrating. Additionally, ensure that you have permission to subscribe to the calendar and that the URL is publicly accessible if necessary.

   - Look for an option related to automatic updates or refresh intervals.

   - Set the interval to your preference (e.g., every 30 minutes).

   - Click "OK" or "Apply" to save your changes.

  1. Wait for Sync:

   - Outlook will now sync with your Google Calendar at the specified intervals.
